Has anyone heard from will from overkill motorsports?

From what I've read in previous threads will is pretty busy and hard to contact. I've tried email and Fb with no response. I recently purchased e85 kit and tune and its been a week with no response. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah he's just very busy and your most likely in the Queue. And If you car begins to have issues for whatever reason, he will always help and he's a huge help afterwards.

Just be patient. He will get to you. It is okay to politely ping him, and he will address any issues.

Has Will replied to you yet? I am awaiting my tune file now.

I really wish someone else sold a supercharger for the V6 models. I’m to the point where Will won’t respond to my emails. My car is way too lean with his tunes (leaner than stock commands). I’ve also had a couple of hardware issues. Will only responded to one of my two hardware issues... about a week after I reached out. Hell, I even offered to pay him more to address each issue (!). One thing I have learned from my experience with Overkill: buy hardware from him if you dare, tune locally. Too much of a pain in the ass to have a car not running right and waiting around a for a response that may or may not come.

Couple of questions

1) Did you buy directly from Overkill?
2) Did you modify anything beyond from how the kit comes out of the box?

These are two of the issues I've seen happen. If someone buys a used kit Overkill shouldn't be held accountable for what the previous owner did.
And some people immediately modify the kit or add a higher boost pulley and expect it to work without a retune.
