Tape stuck?

my wife makes a cracked finish on furniture people pay for so.it kind of looks cool to me so i would rock that look.
as far as the back window i would get that off asap.

It doesn’t look that BAD like mine.
I’ve tried the Goo gone and it didn’t work.
