Slow 60' times

Hey guys. My 60s have been bad. Mods in sig. I have 17" Mickey ET Street Rs. I'm running 1.8 60s with a rare 1.7 in there. I've tried a drag alignment and running from 16psi to 20psi with no dramatic improvements. I'm leaving from idle. I spin out of the hole every time. Track prep not an issue. Any ideas?

Auto. I hold down the t/c button to turn off the nannies. Even tried it in race mode 5 which seems to help a little.

Are you preloading the suspension or leaving from idle

Leaving from idle. This is the way I've always left. Earlier this year I was high 1.6s and low 1.7s. Maybe this is 'normal' for how I'm launching, but it seems high. I am spinning past the 60' which is obviously a big part of my issues.

Put your foot on the brake and hold gas a lil almost to point of burnout while your staged go on 3rd yellow (doubt your running pro tree) and dont go to floor roll into it a lil and with lower tire pressure you can maybe get the 20 inch tire to wrinkle a lil to give more traction area when you come off the line

Practice the foot brake at red lights you dont need to speed to practice a launch

Ok my bad so he can get the tire to squart and wrinkle a lil more then even better for his wants by the tire squating and wrinkling it absorbs some of the initial hit and helping transfer the power down to the ground

Thanks guys.... Just trying to figure this out. I get the concepts. I started off at 20 psi and kept dropping it down to 16 eventually. It just doesn't seem to improve it drastically. I think I should be cutting low 1.6 60s with the power I have which is what makes this frustrating. I do stab it from idle on my launch. I could probably try rolling into it, but should I really have to do that with the Mickeys?

Make sure you’re doing a nice smoky burnout to get those tires warm. I was doing too small of burnouts and the tires wouldn’t get warm enough to hook good

When I had my Nittos I had to do a massive burnout to get them sticky. The bigger the burnout I do with the Mickeys the greasier/slicker they seem to get. They seem to just like to be 'glazed'. Not sure if that is just me?
