Smile Ground Effects Package Questions!

Hey everyone, I have the ground effects package and was wondering how much it would sell for if I tried to get rid of it. It's unpainted and used although it is in very good condition with minimal damage. On another note, I was considering getting rid of just the ground effect side rockers and rear, and keeping the front splitter but I'm not sure how good it would look, any input or pictures would be helpful. I'm new to the forum so any help is appreciated, thank you very much.

I paid $1,000 for a new in box set of unpainted ground effects this last summer. That should give you a starting price point.

Keep in mind the GFX front splitter for the V6 models is different than the V8 versions.

The rest of the set it identical between versions.

I haven’t found them new for under $1600. But I may be looking in the wrong places.

Thanks everyone for the input on this, you've all been very helpful. Now considering the price, would removal of the ground effects cause any VISIBLE damage? I'm fine with if its under the car or hidden very well. Thank you.

the SS front GFX has tabs drilled in to hold the lip level if installed correctly by a dealer. The V6 might have these tabs as well.

Do you know if you can see the drilled holes by any chance?

yes, it was the reason i did not follow through with the GFX kit installed. i wasnt 100% on the front lip and did not like the idea of drilling like 8 or 10 tabs to hold the lip.

In addition to the holes in the front bummer cover you will need new rocker pieces as the ground effects pieces replace the non-ground effects rockers.
