Help Please

I was driving home jumped on it slightly and now the exhaust is way louder, I am getting a misfire and a 0300 code. My traction control, stabaltrack lights on. Any idea on what sensor may have gone bad or what I may have done.

My current boost is real low 6.5 so I t was nothing extreme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check all spark plugs plus wires if you're already there...
Then move over to your cats and o2 sensors, something might have come loose there - although the latter should not give you a 0300.

p0300 is the random misfire code. As stated, check all your spark plug wire connections. The p0300 code will cause the stabilitrack and traction control lights to illuminate.

makes sense on the lights. Question is the exhaust sound is extremely higher but bolts and exhaust seem tight. Can a cat going out increase exhaust output , result in wrong Sensor reading that then leads to this error?

Thats what I meant with the above: check your cats. Clogged up or twisted coud lead to misfires as well (or worse...)

Any advice on how to check cats. I have never had to check them before. From the outside they look fine.

As others mentioned, a loose plug wire will cause plenty of bells & whistles to go off and light up like a Christmas tree. You'll have to pull the cats to check the inside, you won't notice damage from visual outside inspection.
