yeah...there's a very specific sweet spot where the splitter won't drag...i've found it only once so far! lol...reverse up the driveway is even worse. my driveway is also the only time hill start assist has activated on me so far...and i was right, i pretty much hate it. maybe i'll adjust, eventually...
here's a question...i got a silver engine cover in the bay that i didn't order. did everyone else get one of these too? didn't pay for it...also, i noticed i've got lighting in the door panels. i didn't think we got that unless we ordered the abl package. or am i just confused about that one?

I think the standard color for the engine cover is silver. Pretty sure the ABL lighting comes with the 2SS.

hmm okay. i wasn't sure about the lighting but it's one of those things i wouldn't have paid much attention to. it's really not noticeable during the day, and when i opened my door last night i thought that was pretty cool.
was thrown off by the cover because i wasn't expecting one...if i'd known it was coming i would have asked for yellow

Oh no! What the heck? I wonder if this has to do with the common brake line clutch line reservoir? Keep us posted. So sorry.

I wish I got a red engine cover like Tram. I love the blue lights. 2SSRS said they were supposed to go across the dash but chevy made cost cuts. He sells, at gen5diy.com, a kit where you can extend the blue lights across the dash and thus connect the left door and right door.

I had the dash abl set up.. only problem u can't turn them off they just dim down... on long night drives they can affect night vision. Probably will install again this time with a relay and switch.

Hard to photograph...

That blue footwell light is as eerie as New Orleans graveyard.

Was nice with the top down on vert... fronts and backs. They followed the theater lighting. Going to do the same on this car... but will also add switch and relay to be able to have complete control.

I actually like it. Just pulling your leg about the graveyard. Are these led lights? Do they change colors?
