All will be done in a high heat engine Enamel so it should last a while.

Here is what my current engine bay looks like.

I got mine powder coated but I don't remember exactly what color it was. It was powder coated something like a silver but a little darker and then cleared. Here is the final pic.

There's a stock manifold for sale on the classifieds for $30. Thoughts on DIY porting?

For 30 dollars, what do u have to lose lol

If it were me, I'd jump on it and u could even use it to avoid a core charge if u want to get it ported by someone

Do you have a link? Because if its the one that says stock intake I think they are talking about the Air intake instead of the Manifold. If it were the stock manifold for that price I would buy it right now

In other news. Today, I decided to sell my shares of jet blue after watching it go up 20% then down to 5%, so it when it went back to 12% I said good enough and sold. It then promptly shot up to 20% again....

Hey I got a question for anyone that has installed BBK headers. What size are the Pipes on the BBK High Flow cats that your Cat back would bolt up to? Just wondering if a LS3 Stock exhaust (2.5 inch) can still slip over the Cats.

Edit: The Stock LLT Pipes are 2.5 Pipes in the begging and then change to a 2.25 after the H-pipe right.

They're 2.5 I think. Even the stock v6 catback is 2.5 inches up until the h pipe

That's what I thought. Im looking at getting a Stock LS3 Exhaust and welding my V2s to it soon. So that when ever I get my headers I have my Mid pipes already done. I was told that if I can have the Mid pipes out of the car it would only be about 35-70 Dollars. He thinks It would take about half hour to an hour (@ 70 an Hour)
