You should call them. For a few bucks more they could overnight it, as you know the thing only weighs a few ounces.

I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if they have an overnight option. But the site makes it sound like they drop ship it.

Anyone know what happens if the cog belt breaks? Will the car still run fine if you keep out of the throttle?

It'll run no problem. I had to drive mine home one night like that.. No issues.

Did you find the correct part number? If not PM me and I'll go get it for you. Any of the local auto parts stores should be able to get it, Or Brian @ the above link will overnight it for you

If the belt is as bad as you say, I would remove it and drive without it until you get the new one. If that belt separated and continued to spin, it could thrash the shit out the hood and or the MAP sensor and hose.

No way Jose, that's almost half the cost of a second belt. I would just order it, take the deteriorated one off and wait for normal delivery, probably about 4 or 5 days.

The belt can be found on E-bay or amazon, I have a friend whom is an engineer at gates, he said the jasco is just as good as the gates, both better than the bestorq

600-M 30mm wide , can be found for 30 bucks I think
