No I kept all mods on the Caddy. Didn't really have time to do a swap. I had to jump on this ZL1 fast or it would have been gone. The CTS-V was/is an amazing vehicle. The most over-engineered car that I think GM built when it came out. There is a reason why so much of it is inside the ZL1.

The ZL1 is more raw and menacing however. That's what I really missed when I went inside the Caddy. I do miss the luxury aspect of it and how shocked people are on how fast those things move. Both Great cars.

Just depends on what you want to do. And I wanna go Road Racing in a BADASS ZL1!!

The Vsport starts at $59k. The 2014 CTS costs $6k more than the outgoing 2013 (18% increase). If the next CTS-V likewise increases (20%) over the outgoing model, the MSRP would be $78k. Then take into account that domestic cars typically sell well below MSRP.

I just had a V Sport amabassador car because I work for GM, and the sticker was $69500. It was loaded but most of the options on the V sport will be standard on the V. I'm guessing a starting price of 75K. Just my opinion.

Plus when you throw in all the goodies like Recaro's, sunroof, sued if available the price climbs quickly. I hope they don't price themselves out of the market.

Too funny but true, I ran a Viper a few months ago beat his ass, he turned off and went home with his tail between his legs, I ran into the guy a week later he came over and said he was totally surprised by the ass whippin I put on him, He said he went home read up on the V and bought himself one. lmao. Yes to beat some of these cars in a Caddy some people are shocked. I too some times miss just the raw muscle car feeling that I am sure the ZL1 brings to the table. Maybe I will win powerball and can have all of the above.

Nassty who did/ will do your work on the V and ZL1? Ever try Redline Performance?
