Anyone else use the paddle shifters to go from 2nd gear to 1st for the loud noise?

It sounds amazing unlike in automatic mode skipping 1st to 4th.

I love how the throttle "blips" when you manually downshift..using the paddles or the shifter.

I downshifted mine behind a cute girl carry empty boxes to the dumpster at my apartment. Scared the hell out of her and she dropped everything. Felt like a real jerk after that one. :(

I wish those paddles were off my wheel. Haven't tried 'em once since the car was new. I grew up driving clutches and I don't need em. They fk with my grip when I'm steering. I can make it rumble when I dowhshift when I want by just minding the velocity and rpm's.

On the positive side at least it was free to you. Surely you didn’t but this “grip f’ing” auto tranny car.

Does anyone not do that? I almost can't help myself coming up to a stop light and shifting down from 3 to 2 to 1 just to hear the revs and exhaust crackle. Don't know if doing it all the time is okay or not, but too intoxicating not to. I love some of the looks I get too lol!

I just hold the left paddle once and the car downshifts as many times as needed as I slow down.

I do that if I'm coming up to a stop quickly or at low speeds. Last time I did that it shifted to first and the rpms went pretty high. Sometimes it just over does it.

I haven't tried holding it down the entire time I'm slowing down though. Interested in what it'll do. Will also try just kicking it into performance shift mode as I'm about to stop. Did this once by accident as I sped off the freeway. Slowed down for a u turn under an overpass and it was absolutely screaming through it as it downshifted. Favorite part of the car I think.
