Installed Lowering springs

With lowering springs, if one strut bolt is a few threads further through the top mount than the other, would that cause issues with driving straight even though the alignment is all within proper spec?

The driver side has 2-4 more threads through the top nut in the mount than the passenger. My car pulls to the right even though its got fantastic alignment.

Did you have an alignment done after installing the springs? Anytime you break the bolts loose and move things around, it is recommened you have one done. I attempted getting my bolts back in the exact spot they were after changing mine, and even though it didnt pull noticeably, the alignment was still off and wore the tires. It will also depend on what drop you went with. The caster and camber are more then likely off. Dont think the bolt being run in more is the true problem.

are you talking about this gap? it's normal but it should be close side to side

Did you re-clock your bushings. Not sure would matter with the nuts but probably the ride if not done.

Oh ok. Looks luke you have a plan already, but one thing I remembered with mine, even after I had my alignment done, was that the sway bar had loosened up on the driver side. May be worth double and tripke checking all the bolts and nuts while in there. Best of luck.

I've heard instead of trying to bounce the car on a rack or stands some leave things loose and take a lap around the parking lot then pull on the rack and tighten.
Curious if you got things worked out?

Figured my heights per corner

Driver Front: 28 3/4" ground to fender
Pass Front: 28 3/8" To fender
Driver Rear: 28 3/4" To fender
Pass Rear: 28 ~3/4"

Seems the pass front is almost a half inch too high

Looks like 3/8” low unless you meant driver front. My passenger from stock or with Hotchkis springs was 1/8” higher

One of the nuts retaining the front strut is not as far through the top nut. going to level them then recheck height
