if it's a halogen bulb in all 4 spots no ballast should be needed.

The ballast at that point would be for the(likely CFL) U shaped running lamps.

Well thats what I was thinking but shouldn’t the halogens still turn on? I’ll try replacing the bulbs tomorrow and see what happens if not idk tbh.

You're correct. The U rings aren't going to be run off of ballasts. they are only meant for that power and ground.
Try the bulbs since they are somewhat cheap, if they don't work then it has to be the ballast

Will do thanks. Any ideas on what ballasts if it turns out to be them? I seen some for like $10-$20 is that a good price range or too cheap? I thought they would be more but im not very familiar with this stuff lol

Sounds cheap to me. Is there a brand on the ballasts? But sorry, I have no experience with HIDs either, but just from looking into it it does sound cheap

Got the lights working with a new bulb glad it was an easy fix except one takes a while turning on compared to the other but its all good for now I can live with that for now.

Looks great man!! Glad you got it figured out. So the bulbs were the issue?? Not the ballasts??

Well one of the bulbs takes a bit longer then the oher to turn on but overall im just glad they turn on now. And thanks
