Car is back together

Got the rollbar finished and installed the interior, just a few more things to black out.

Wink Black out

Blacked out the tail light bezels and got rid of the plastic push pins. I coated the rear wheels with plasti-dip.

Thank You, Praise is always welcome!
Thought I would also mention that all the push pins in the front bumper cover have been replaced with screws.

is there a difference between the two?

your build is fantastic, how long has it taken since you rolled the car up your driveway? it looks like you really took your time and enjoyed every minute.
great job! 👍

I'm curious. what was causing the misfires?

Yeah, I'm curious about that as well. Any change in features?

Thanks for asking, from the research I have done the automatic units do not have the hill brake assist built into them as it is not useful.

Thanks for asking, The only thing that is suppose to change is the hill hold assist. I have the front tires off right now as I am painting them with plasti-dip. Will post if I notice any thing else different.

Thanks for asking, it was mostly the spark plugs, I bought a coil checker and all the coils operated great. I was using Brisk racing plugs. I have seen a new plug go bad in an hour, but never 4 at once. This is what they look like, they were gapped for turbo and blower apps. Suppose to have a great spark...

I went back to the NGK's one step colder and gapped them to 0.030".

I also upped the coil dwell time by 10% to deal with the wild cam I installed, a little hotter spark cant hurt! The car fires right up and idles at 750 rpm.

Thanks for the reply. I had a similar misfire situation and still do to some extent. I changed my #4 plug and it helped a ton but I think I need to tighten my gap. I'm currently at .039" @ 14.5 psi boost. I bet if I tighten them up like you did, it'll help.
No issues with the 10% coil dwell?
