We do need an umpire... just call a fair game and use a proper strike zone (or we can always bribe you).

Probably helpful to say what positions we are comfortable with if you've played before, if not then no biggie, but I've played catcher, short, and pitched (baseball only, never softball). I can probably switch to 2nd base as well.

+1 as an Umpire - can't afford to blow out a knee or ligament.

To tell the truth, I'd prob be more in for the BBQ than the softball. So, you may have a +1_spectator here.

Thats kool, no one is forced to play. there will be other side things to do (less strainful) but yes we deff need umpires...As for calling it fair, this is Jerzey who said anythign about fairness!

My locationidea is Cooper River (halloween cruise) only because i know the lay of the land, it's clean, spacious, we all can have good line of sight to our cars, bbq pit's allowed and already there (granted i will still bring my own), the park is first come (so i will go up there super early to keep everyone off), and it's easy place to access for most including PA people. So we can now all brainstorm places (i know changing scenery is good, but so is sticking to what yah know). I think as in dates are looking like a saturday....may 22,29 & June 5th. I want to get it in, so sapper can join; besides its not a major thing but could turn out to be. So i will let you guys chime in and we can decide by sunday. We will stay around our normal time frame 10-11 am to whenever. But this will be fun and i hope others see and join us. Hey NY and North NJ you guys are more than welcome to join us.

Lastly - TO don't try and fool us, we know you still have good 40yd speed! lol

PS i will have name tags this time: i know we bulk know each other already but some new may show and it jsut makes it easier.

Tags will contain the following:

Name/Car Type/ Residing location/Fun Fact!

Haven't played in over 20 years and wasn't good at it when I did.
I'll sit out and eat too.
My wife and I will come and cheer.
There's a lot of stuff going on in the next couple of months.
I like going to car shows the most...and eating too.
