That's a good idea for So. Cal. groups to meet and continue together. Easy on/off freeway.

I also agree w/ comm17 about finding a place on the east side of LA for everyone to meet at "What do you think about all groups meeting up at the Cabazon Mall or somewhere past the 10/60 merge and convoy from there." Sort of a funnel effect because trying to get 200 camaro's out of Los Angeles could be difficult. Say maybe Palm Springs??? Don't forget your 2-way radios!!!! |

A good Norcal meet place would be the rest stop at 5 and 580 near Westley.

But I think that would work out great! Everyone has their smaller meeting places and it would be a little easier to maneuver through LA then WHAM - HUGE group and open road!!!! |

The Morongo Casino is good. Around back of the casino is the open parking lot that is huge. I was just there 3 weeks ago.

Just make sure that after you exit the interstate for the casino you go through the roundabouts the right way and watch for
oncoming cars |

SoCal MAYHEM

Let's is all just meet up at morongo casino In palm springs it's right off the freeway and won't have to worry about kissing people because of turns and red lights. I'll go earlier and make sure the parking lot is great then go inside the casino to (gamble) talk to the head of security about the best parking lot they have to ensure while we wait for everyone our cars will be safe

I will meet up with you guys in Southern California unless I can find someone to share the driving. I fall a sleep behind the wheel when I try to do the long drives. I will probably do the 700+ mile drive in two days each way. Can't wait to see a sea of Camaros on the freeway and at the event.

Count me in. I'll keep a look out for the LA / So Cal meeting place. This is going to be awesome.
