I'm 23...i say go to school...with an education you'll be able to buy a camaro and whatever else you need/want later on in life....and you most likely won't have to work 2 jobs to do it like you are now...my 2 cents

go to school
get the education, the money then the ride.
it easy to make the payment when u only have to work one job and
have money left. instead of working two to three jobs to make the payment

A car is not an investment, your education is.

So the real question is...do you want to invest in your future earning potential.

Something to think about! You have cash, you can do both. If you were disaplined enough to save that much to pay you can get car financed. Put your money in the bank. The cash you have for the car will most likely not be enough to pay for school. You would have to eather get a loan or grant any way. Do your research to see how much you would need for school and the car. While you are in school you will most likely need to have a job anyway. This would be a good star to learn about what you want to study, buisness. If you have cash and good credit you can do both. just stay disaplined, 2lt or 1ss would be resonable. Staying at home or on your own, you will have to keep all of this in mind. Ultimatley education is the most important thing. you can always by a car. Like the aflac ad money is just as good as cash!!!!!!!!!!

Im gonna take the unpopular road here. If you go to school its possible you may have to settle for a used V8, however im sure there will still be fast cars made. I just graduated college this year and turn 35 in October. You are never too old to go to school. I agree with what alot of people have said that it is an investment in yourself. The day i passed my boards i ordered my car. If you can drop the cash on the car and put school off for a year...I say go for it.

If you're thinking of going to school for Business, here's a question for you...

Which has the better ROI?
a) car
b) education

answer a = Forget the car you need the education.
answer b = You have the answer to your question.

This is a NO brainer! School!!!

The car is a possession...you are worth much more than that by investing in yourself first.

Hubby got his Bachelors Degree at 50!!

It's NEVER too late to go to school! But, it's harder than when you're young. I'd say GO TO SCHOOL. But, that's the Mom in me.

School no question. The fun of a new car will wear off. Putting on school is not a good idea... to hard to start back once your used to not going.

well you have a 50 (or so) : 1 () that say school. I am going to have to say school as well. My wife and I both have engineering degrees, I am 33, she is 27. The rewards of an education far exceede pretty much an one single possesion. We have an almost 4000 sq ft home with 15 acres, 3 Camaros (67, 89, 2010 2ss/rs), a jeep wrangler, a 06 2500 diesel truck and a beater civic... etc. None of which would be possible without an education. Just wait it out... you can get the camaro in a few years.
