Who should win and how bad?

We know who will win, just depends on how good the C5 hooks up will determine by how much. I'm guessing close to a full 3 seconds in the 1/4

Yup, bring a chain to tie to the C5 so you can stay close! They run low 13s stock. That will drop to very low 12s with a 125 shot.

That would not even be a race. Even without the 125 shot the C5 Corvette would win.

No chance if both are stock, c5's run high 12s (12.8s)...auto camaro is lucky to hit low 13s. Add the 125 shot and he'll pass you like you're standing still.

Well you could always hope he smokes the hell out of the tires and you get him out the hole. Any other situation besides maybe his engine blowing and you are toast.

Is this simply a case of 'I have 400hp and the vette only has 350hp' or do people really think C5s are that slow in general?

K vid on you tube if any one wants to see it. Know you cant have vids on here but didnt know if you could post out links I didnt think it did to bad though ran to 102 since that is clost to 1/4 mile for most camaros. Do you think the camaro could win with a 125 shot or would the c5 still win or tie?

Considering the stock autos are nudging high 12's now with the weather.

But anyways you have 0 chance of beating a sprayed vette with a stock ss. Zero.

Well thats cool. Its nice to know its not to be expected I did however beat a stock C5 with him having exhaust cai and dr's by like a car and 1/2.
