Bitcoin? Z28?
Financially and in the future. Will a bitcon be a best bet for holding value and getting my money back as an investment? Should I sell the car to buy a bitcoin? Just a question I been asking myself. I work alot I bought the car with 12320 miles car has 13k now hardly driven it seems like bitcoin will be worth 100k. Bitcoin is worth around the same price ATM.

Bitcoin is at an all time high right now. The time to buy was when it was in the
30,000 range. You would have doubled your investment. So, if you invested $24,000 when it was 30,000, you'd have $48,000 at 60,000 I just don't know how much higher it can go... |

$80,000 will happen in a few weeks.
I would invest in ETH, Cardano, Algorand. Bitcoin is moving because of inflation, however it's not sustainable long term. We have missed the boat with Bitcoin (assuming you never invested like me, oops). Would keep the Z/28. It'll be held in high regards in terms of collectible/artistic value.

IMO, bitcoin will be the common currency in the future, but a Z28 will not be as common to come by, as it is already kinda rare. You missed your window on the bitcoin blow up... might as well look for other investments and keep that Z28.

the only crypto project that has some reasonable potential to "blow up" is XRP. everything else is just speculation. XRP is not aiming to revolutionize finance, it's not decentralized, it's not about smart contracts or other fashionable (but unreasonable) features. It's down to earth project backed by a real company with a real market use case.
said so, I would NEVER put crypto speculation is the same boat as car and no, neither of those is an investment. If you want to invest you should buy SP500 and keep your money there for dozens of years.

Can't take bitcoin out on date night or a weekend track event. These two topics (cars and investing) are apples and oranges. IMO, investing in the stock market will return way more money then a Z28. I don't own a Z as an investment, I own it for the pure joy of driving it.

I sold several vehicles, Z/28 included, and moved the money into investments. Some crypto as well, mostly BTC and ETH. With two young kids I couldn’t use any of the fun cars like I would like. I get bummed every once in a while, but haven't really regretted the decision. Between property tax, insurance, maintenance holding a vehicle like the Z/28 just didn’t make sense anymore.
