looking for feeed back on HKE engines
Just as the title says, I am looking to hear about your experiences with HKE.
How long did it take to have an engine build only from start to delivery? Are you satisfied with the build? What vendors offer HKE and your experience with that vendor? If you were to use someone else, why would you use them? If you prefer to send PM's then post on this thread please do so. Thanks....Paul |

One of our customers had a few motors built by Erik. Nothing but great things to say about him.
Another associate of ours, Chuck Anders, swears by him as well. Carry on and GO BIG! Ivan |

I had my engine built by Eric at HKE about a year ago. Im extremly happy with the build. Nothing but great things to say. I went with a 416 and it mad 510rwhp/495rwtq on motor in made 610rwhp/723rwtq on a 100shot of nitrous. i have sprayed several time and its still going strong! It took about a week to build what took some time was waiting on parts. It was a 2 weekturn around.I will definetly recomend him to everyone.

Erik at HKE is a freakin genius, schooling race teams on how to biuld LS motors and such. Others build similar cubic inch motors but HKE always makes more power. He is the only one I would trust for a true high performance built motor. Many high performance shops (big name) have said what he does cant be done, hes awesome!!!

Definitely one of the best in the business! I wouldn't hesitate one bit to use him.

HKE engines
I too heard great things about Erik and HKE. Please tell me your secret, I phoned his shop four time, left two messages, sent him two emails, never got a reply.
My understanding is that unless you go through C & C Performance you will never get a motor from him. I ended up purchasing a motor from Mast Motorsports and had my own set of problems. Good luck |

Most of the time, Erik is working in the shop. Otherwise, he's probably trying to get some sleep. Referrals are the best way to get in touch with him because he gets plenty of tire-kickers. He also travels to www.YellowBullet.com once and a while. Maybe because we go way back but I've never had a single problem getting my customers in touch with him.

Thank you for the feedback. That is why I choose an HKE motor.
The only problem is that December 25th Christmass day will be 7 months since I placed the order for this motor and still waiting with no ETA. I did not go direct with HKengines. Any suggestions? Thxs |
