$26,000 plus fees. I watched the auction and can't remember the exact amount, but Hawks will have close to $30,000 in it when it hits their doorstep.

And it gets better. I sent Hawks a message over the weekend for some parts, car was on the website as a new arrival. Response - entire car is sold.

So, someone paid $33-35k for a 93k mile wrecked, total loss now salvage title, Z/28. Then it needs fixed. I would think a 93k mile clean title, running Z/28 would be no more than $35k. Crazy.

Marcus Salazar, the admin for the Camaro 5th Gen Z/28 Facebook page posted some photos of a Z/28 that crashed during the Sandhill Express Open Road Challenge. The driver, Leland Sweet, did not survive. Please say a prayer for his family.

Interesting! Because 448 is a stripper car on my wrecked list. Sounds like they used a car that had been thefted previously.
