Question about leather wrapped steering wheel...

What is this style of leather wrap called on the steering wheels here? The little perforated part that's on these wheels:

I want to redo my interior with a Katskin leather package and thought about getting the steering wheel done like this too (if it's not too outrageously expensive). I would like leather on the top and bottom of the steering wheel and the perforated part in the 3 and 9 o'clock position. I just need to know what to tell the upholstery shop what it's called.

Thanks in advance

they are ALL leather.......some of the parts are of the wheel are slick or regular and the other is perforated, that is what you call it.

^Thanks. I knew it look perforated, I just didn't know if that was the "official" term. How much does this usually cost to do? Is it a lot involved to do for the upholstery shop?

The shops don't do it themselves, they buy it that way. As for cost, it's normally a little higher then the regular leather but not much.
