Looks like we may have 20 or so of us D5GCC's coming, with some getting there around 9am or so.
Any chance you can set aside a block of spots for us?

Great! If you guys all roll in around the same time it shouldn't be a problem. We don't have to may clubs coming in your numbers so I think it will naturally work out to you guys being together and having a for sure place to park! We don't have a massive parking lot, so the cars will be in the grass (nice grass that is cut, flat, and well drained so no worries). Getting you guys together for the most part shouldn't be an issue!

Great.
Those of us coming in early will probably see if we can bring some traffic cones and caution tape so we would be able to help mark out an area for the club's cars if that's alright.
That way, we would be able to have members arive when they can and still park as a group.

We'd probably start arriving (at least soem of us) around 9am or so unless that's a bit too early.

The show starts at 10am, so please come as close to then as possible. Things will not be set-up and ready to park cars at 9 as we'll still be setting up tents, caution tape, tables, etc. We are pretty much going to be filing all the cars in one very long line, but if you bring a few cones and tape we might be able to section off a length of that run for a certain amount of additional cars from the club! Its our first show, so much of it will be figured out as we go I'm sure!

If we happen to arrive too early, we'll just wait patiently in line.

Sorry to hear that, I hope you get her all fixed up quickly!! Feel free to still come up and enjoy the show even if you can't bring the Camaro. Take care!

Posted this on the D5GCC web site.

Arriving at the CAI Show.

Here's what I would suggest. It seems that CAI will not be ready for anyone to roll in much before 10am.
If you look at a map, CAI appears to be on the west side of M-19 (Burnell Rd) and just south of Gilbert Rd.

Just north and slightly east of the M-19/Gilbert intersection is a road running north and south called Kinney. On Kinney, there appears to be some sort of building with a nice long parking lot.
I suggest we all meet at the parking lot in the morning, and then roll in as a group to CAI at 10am.
