"Chevrolet" on engine cover ..decals or paint?
Anybody had any great luck with the decals? If you paint, what's the best way (or easiest being I'm not the smoothest person). Appreciated the help.

paint is customcoachworks.com clearcoat over all

if you want the letters in matching sheen and blackish color as the unpainted black plastic, you can just carefully wetsand with 2000grit and a small block of wood to wrap the paper around. I did this and it came out great, I'm just too lazy to take pics and post.

Nice pics all! Now, I've never messed with the decals, do you wet them with water and slide them in place? If not, how do you get them to line up without kinks, wrinkles etc?
