Yeah, just before Thanksgiving I think. And I'm pretty sure he said he took over Vette doctors. On to bigger and better things!

Hopefully it's significantly lower - I cannot believe that anyone would want to spend $700 on high flow cats...

700 is a lot for high flow cats, don't get me wrong. The reason why they're so expensive is because you're not only paying for the cats themselves, they are direct bolt on specifically meant for the v6 camaro. Plus I think solo is the only company who had them for the LFX, which means they can get away with the high price since nobody else has them. I financed mine through solo performance on amazon 0% interest for a year

No pictures sorry but. They are just straight pipes with the high flow cats. No resonators like the solos. Only difference.

On Solo performance's website they said they originally only had the high flow cats without the resonators and they said it sounded terrible which is why they added the resonators.. Makes you wonder!
I guess you could cut the resonators off and weld straight pipe to it if you have the solo's? I may consider it but I don't wanna ruin a $700 product haha.
Any takers? Lol

Hate to bring back a thread from the dead, but I figured I might as well since this ARH option is rarely talked about...

I called ARH today, and apparently they do have the high flow catted down pipes for the LFX. It's 3" pipe necked down to a slip fit to hook up to the stock exhaust according from what the salesman said on the phone. They were just closing and he couldn't tell me if they had them in stock or not and would let me know in the morning... He said if they didn't have a set in stock, it would take about 10 days to build and get shipped.

I had big plans to make my own set, but when he told me the price, I figured I might as well just buy from ARH and save myself some time, and end up with a better product and a warranty, and placed my order. They were about 32% cheaper than the competitor's high flow cats. Will post pics when I get them.

They actually do according to what the salesman said, the uncatted ones were $125 cheaper than the catted ones... I just got the catted ones in hopes of keeping the check engine light off and MAYBE being able to pass smog inspection.
