Ted Jannetty tuned my SS when it just had a couple of bolt ons and it felt like a completely different beast afterwards. You can't go wrong with a JRE Tune.

lol I second that. One of the best around in Matt Sorian @ FSP. Can do it on the dyno or remotely via HPT or Diablo Intune. PM me or Matt @ FSP if you have any questions.

I haven't had any issues with my JRE tune. Ted is great to work with and answered all my questions. I am not familiar with Torq. I am sure there are other good remote tuners as well.

With just the two mods you listed, if you plan to make any more mods, you might want to wait. You will benefit from a tune; more if you have an L99 but the greater benefits of a tune come after headers or cam or supercharger, etc.

Torq sent me a tune for my Whipplecharged Camaro after I changed the injectors. I just needed something that would allow me to start it, drive it, and make sure everything was okay. I planned to get a dyno tune quickly after. When I had a local tuner check it out, Torq had the timing set to 35 degrees. Glad I never came close to WOT with that tune.
