There will be a memorial for Dan on October 30th 12pm, at the same church we were married. 191 Tannery rd Campbell ny. There will also be a benefit on December 11th at 2pm. At The Marconi Lodge in Corning. Plenty if parking at both places. I hope to see a lot of you there you knew him first and I would love to hear about him through your eyes. This will be be my last post. Thank you all. Love and peace

Even any Interested I have 4 brand new Atturo 2754020tires I’m selling pretty cheap for any club members end up order two set due to shortage and they don’t allow returns

Went up last Friday and ran the track. Good time for a worthy cause. Thought Tim Hamilton was coming up but he went for a 2 wheel ride instead. Guess that's what happens when the weather doesn't suck

Highlight was watching the asshat in the mighty Mazda behind me looping around and around in my rearview on the end of the last lap.

VIR seems like a pretty neat track. What are you in-person impressions compared to WGI?

It's out in the boonies but it's a great facility. Not as much elevation change. Turns are about as technical. Not being a NASCAR track it's much less commercialized. No crapload of billboards like WGI. Has some good extras, like the go kart track. There's also a lodge and villas on the property you can rent. There are also 8 gun ranges but you have to be a member to use them. Membership also gets you I think 18 track days/yr. Pretty steep to belong. I believe there's an initiation fee of about $1200 and dues $175/mo. It's just under a 2 hour drive for me so kind of far even if I could blow that much coin.
