I'd love to see the voodoo science they use to rate a cooler. Whether BTU or GVW, they all seem to be a load of crap. The info mysteriously came down from Earl's website where they rated it by hp. I had to use a cooler 3x overrated from their b.s. to get oil temps normal. I also increased my manual trans cooler size by a third but that one I need a track day to test and see if it's solid now.

Here in Ohio I run just below 180 and very rarely 190 if I'm working it with a Derale Trans Cooler.
