Tranny Temps over 230 with trans cooler?

I recently got a circle d 3200 converter on my car. To help with temps the shop that did my converter and trans cooler had to replace the 1st cooler cause the heat was so bad (temps over 232 degrees). They thought it was a bad cooler so they just installed a new one. I was logging it today on HP tuners and and after about 30 minutes of city driving the temp was a 215 and rising. I put it on the highway for about 15 minutes and still it did not cool. I have a 15 camaro with the smaller grill than the 10-13 camaros. Could that be the problem with the smaller grill on the 14-15? Any response is appreciated!

What cooler sounds like it's not very efficient.

I bought this little thing https://derale.com/products/fluid-co...il-hose-detail I never see above 195 when hot lapping in the 95 degree 95% humidity weather. I have a 3400 stall also.

I got the ADM kit, and then upgraded to the biggest cooler B&M made. Temps really dropped, but, I don't have a stall, which is a heat magnet for sure...
