Thanks! Yep i'm enjoying the SS very much. Just installed a Borla S-type catback exhaust and bought Kooks long tube headers to go with it but am waiting for my warranty to expire (hope i can wait that long) and Saturday i'm installing my Hurst shifter and rear GFX bumper lip with my son.

I kinda have always wanted a v8, but after riding in a friends 2010 ss with a supercharger and over 600hp to the rw, It scared the crap out of me ha. Im happy with my v6 till the 50th anniversary Camaros come out baby!

i'm in the process of trading up right now. Let's just say when I got my 1LS, the SS was not an option, but circumstances have changed.

You will love it. Opens up way more performance options with the V8 compared to the V6. Good luck.

If I was still living 1 mile from work I might have gone for the V8, but now with a 64 mile round trip commute, I like my V6 LFX and mods. On the days I can resist hitting the accelerator hard, I enjoy getting to work with 28 to 33 mpg on the display (95% highway in a 2LS). I wanted a Camaro within my budget, so I had to go V6.

Congrats on the upgrade, maybe in few years I can do the same but have a V8 weekend car and my current V6 DD.

Since the 1LE and ZL1 I think "upgrading", if that's what it should be called, to an SS could be called passé by some.
