I believe in keeping it stock, BUT:
1) The day I got it I installed the GM SS emblems on the fenders- they belong there. 2) Switched to GM chrome wheels as my accy polished ones just didn't pop enough. 3) Installed Solo J-pipe exhaust for a more aggressive sound than the stock exhaust. 4) Vanity plate. That's it- Now I just drive my SS and enjoy and KEEP IT CLEAN. Just can't drive it dirty. To me change for changes sake is a no no- GM did such a good job- can't mess it up ! IMO of course.

Mine will probably stay stock until it is at least paid off. I enjoy the hp it has now and have another project to mod...

Mine is stock, except for the wheels and tires, the sub-frame inserts, sub-woofer, the back up camera...I am going to leave the drivetrain (including exhaust) stock.

Painted cowl/stripe and exhaust are the only mods.
For my wife's daily driver, it's more than "fine"...... Tony the Tiger saying....."NO....IT'S... GREAT!!!!!!...."

I've had mine about 15 months and it is still stock. I am considering doing lowering springs and maybe a drone free axle back, but thats about it.

I have made NO performance mods to mine.
Cosmetic is a different matter as you can see from my signature. I have no doubt I will make performance mods later, But I want to wait until my warranty has lapsed, (or at least close).

Don't Like it? Suggit.

You'll be modding soon. You've obviously got the itch, and as soon as you scratch it once it's all over.
Let me just point out how pathetic the stock sound is for instance. So I fixed it. Gateway open Our first real mod costed less than $200, but led to many others

No HP gains for me but I've done a lot of personalizing otherwise. It's "Go" or "Show" for most and a combination of both for others. You'll find your level....You really want an exhaust upgrade though....satisfaction guaranteed!!!
