How did you find out you have #23? I'd kinda like to know exactly what number mine is. It has VIN 186540, so I'm not far behind you.

NOTE: There were some CTF A10s that would have a lower VIN than 186xxx. It appears a few of those made it through the testing process and into the hands of owners.
Well, just saw a posting here on our forum for a 2017 ZL1 Vert with A10 and VIN# 1G1FK3D63H0149897, it's for sale at a dealership in Florida with 1547 miles and never has been titled. Had to be an early show car!
Just look up the VIN on the web and the dealership listing will show up.
So there were some A10's produced very early!

There were CTF cars that were produced before the actual first week of production. Some end up being put up for sale. So yes, there are cars before the ones produced the week of 2/6.

I think only 400 Hyper Blue ZL1s were built, Is there any way to figure out how many were 6spd?

Did someone describe how to know what number car you have by the vin? Mine being a10 know won’t be very low but so know it say at my dealership almost a year before I got it so thinking it could be low for auto.
We don't know the exact sequencing, but we the first cars that were built. Generally you can tell when you line up from those. What's your VIN?

Does anybody know the date when the first 2017 M6's were produced? Is there email for GM that would be able to tell you the exact production number of your car?

The SOP for the M6 was in 4th quarter 2016. You can email the heritage center, but they won't tell you where in the production sequence your car was made. So far there isn't an easy and reliable way to determine that for the 6th Gens.

Here are the estimates for 2017 ZL1 build #s by color and body style I did using published data. GMV and the Total #s are actuals, as are the All Camaros by color. The rest are proportional estimates.

Those 200 miles on it saved me 10k off sticker I looked it up and was on autotrader.com for 6 months listed at 73k so no wonder it sat so long. They also said sold the two others at 8-10k over sticker to out of state collectors so didn’t mind the loss so much on mine. I had tried to buy it a few times before they finally budged on it and almost drove out of state for one.
Anyway for long as it sat for sale seems like vin should be lower. Thanks for any info you can offer. Assume the last 6 is what’s needed.
The first A10s off the line were in the range of 186xxx. Cars built a month later were in the 192xxx range. So I would say roughly your car was built in late March or early April.

I think we determined that NGM was in the 300-350 range for ZL1s.

Was there any specific reason you didn't include a ZL1 with A10 column?

Is it safe to assume adding the ZL1 column & the ZL1 Vert column equals the total number of ZL1s in that particular color?

I previously emailed gmhc@gm.com:
I have read that there were 3,048 ZL1s made.
I have also read that 1,814 (of the 3,048) had the A10 transmission.
I have also read that it is estimated 409 (of the 3,048) were Hyper Blue Metallic.

Christo Datini (Lead Archivist) confirmed my above info was accurate and it came from them.

No particular reason (other than I have a vert not a coupe), one can do the same proportional math to get the estimated splits. Yes ZL1 + ZL1 Vert = total.
