Congratulations! You can always get another car, but a special Life-Partner is rare and is for always. 46 years for us, so look at the long term, you will not regret it.

Actually it's wedding cake that makes them evil and kills their sex drive.

It's looking like the beginning of the end for you, LOL...house, family sedan, kids, minivans, college and it will be another 20 years before you can get back to non-practical car like a Camaro...I bought an '85 Vette fresh out of college and have gone thru a number of sedans, minivans, small SUVs and large SUVs until 2 years ago. Looking back now, I would have done the same thing over again. For some, marriage and kids are not always BAD. Congrats and GOOD LUCK !

Congrats! Don't listen to those nah-sayers. Family is tops in priority. I waited until I was well established both financially and family wise before buying my "toy". This is a wise move.

However, I hope you showed the lucky lady her ring before you posted it here!

If shes got a decent job...no reason you can't have the ZL1 and the wife? Gotta hold off on the kids though.

Put the other part of the down payment down on a nice town and country mini-van?

Kidding. Congrats
