Looking at cams, TSP any good?

Hey guys, I've recently been looking into purchasing a cam for my 2013 1SS M6 and the pricing of the TSP cam caught my eye. I've heard plenty of positive things about the TSP LT headers so I'm thinking that their cam would be impressive too. Anyone have this cam installed on their Camaro? Wanted to find out some opinions and/or a dyno graph for it if possible. I know the night fury cam makes monster torque, so if I can't find any useful info on TSP I'll just go for what I know gets the job done.

They just released that cam. Dont think theres a lot of people with results yet. Looks like its going to be their latest and greatest though. Supposedly it outperforms the 231/236. That was their flagship cam for awhile.

Did you upgrade your stall converter as well or are you still running with the stock stall? And if you did upgrade which one did you go with? I don't really want to upgrade my TC but they recommend doing so if you buy any of their cams that are higher than the 225/230.

That cam sounds like it will be awesome for the L99. It even says you can use with the stock TC which is a bonus too.

I really hope to God you're aware that your car doesn't have a torque converter

We sell more LS camshafts than any company in the world. Every TSP camshaft was engine dyno tested & developed next to numerous other grinds in search of the best power gains available. We use several custom lobe designs that are completely different than what anyone else is running.

The 235/239 is a perfect example of that. Several companies have a 235 inake lobe on LS3 camshafts & have terrible piston to valve clearance. The TSP 235 intake lobe is a special design that offers the larger duration & keeps p/v the same as on the 231 intake we use on the 231/236. Infact we even have a 239 intake lobe that properly clears p/v on the intake side!

This type of development is simply not possible without lots of testing, prototyping, and spintron testing!

Here's the dyno sheet of the 231/236 & the 235/239 side by side same engine same dyno same day!
