I have a dumb question. It's probably the same for all these spoilers, but how do you get the bolts mounted to the spoiler?

I just got my spoiler in (Carbon By Design) but I'm not quite sure how to mount the bolts onto the spoiler. The stock spoiler already has them mounted and I assumed that is how this spoiler would come. I found the bag with the mounting hardware but there were no installation instructions so I'm not quite sure how to get the bolts into the spoiler.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of the cases where if you have to ask such a ?, find someone a little more "hands on" to do it for you.

I think I'm just confused as to why there is a set of nuts in the parts bag. The nuts are molded into the spoiler (which I didn't realize at first) so what is with the second set of nuts? I'm pretty "hands on". I know it's a simple bolt on, and I've removed my spoiler in the past when I put the stripes on so I know the basics, just not sure why there are nuts in the bag since they are molded into the spoiler as well.

Here are some crappy cell phone pics of my Carbon Fiber spoiler by Carbon By Design. As mentioned by others I had to drill out my spoiler holes a little in the deck lid to get them to line up with the spoiler. Also heard some crunching when tightening up on of the bolts. It wasn't anywhere near tight yet, and it wasn't cross threaded either. I think the nut in the spoiler broke free with almost no effort. Still, aside from that one nut it appears to be on there nicely and I love the way it looks.

NLP and MTI do not look the same. NLP ends and the trunk lines.

The Dale Jr. spoiler is now available at chevypartsplus and gmpartsdirect. It's $460 at chevyparts and $418 at gmpartsdirect.
