Unhappy (VIDEO) Hand / Parking / E Brake Not working

As you can see from the video below. There is no tension on the Ebrake whatsoever. At first I thought the issue might be a simple fix. So i adjusted the Ebrake by removing the Rotors and adjusting the spring tension there. But no luck.

Any ideas??

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Did you check the e-brake cable at both ends from the handle to your rear brakes. Is it attached to every thing. Did the cable snap some where down there.

I believe it might have snapped. However, I haven't checked them as I've heard I need to remove the exhaust, heatsink and that it'll be near the drive shaft. Would you happen to know if that's true?

To be honest I don't know . You had the E-BRAKE handle unbolted from the tunnel so you could have at least check at the handle end and tried pulling the cable up through the floor if it was attached to the handle.
