I only got to drive it around the parking lot to put it in a bay for safe keeping. But I did go around twice! lol
I was there twice for about 2 hours. People kept stopin in to look at it and ask questions
The black rally stripes still have to go on. Im doing the PDI drive with the tech Thursday afternoon and bring it home FRIDAY!!!
I have pics but need my son to do it for me. Sorry....soon

Beautiful!!! Congrats. You are going to love it. I found out that the fog lamps on the 2SS/RS are only day time running lamps so don't freak out when they don't go on with the headlamps. Make sure the dealership does the battry cable recall too only takes a minute and if you got an engine cover it only snaps into place takes two minutes. Don't let them charge you labor on that.

Spent 2 hours with the GM tech today. He was nice young guy and he has a nice IROC. The owner specificaly picked him for the PDI. It was cool because he had not seen one yet. Up on the hoist the exhaust and suspension looked great. We discussed every part as we went through the check list. It was fun
Then the test drive! He took it out with me in the passenger seat. he was afraid to drive hard to offend me! lol He pulled over and said your turn, you can drive it hard. Well it was great. Smooth suspension, great shifting and sounded awsome. The speed alarm was set at 90km lol kept hearing that one.
When I left they were detailing it and everyone working there constantly congratulating me. Remember this dealer is closing next week.
I will pick it up tomorow at 1:00pm.. Yee Haw, long weekend!
