Im also for letting people deciding to wear safety equipment or not... but they should be personally and fiscally liable for their injury because they did not wear recommended safety equipment.

Crash and injured ? no seat belt? you are 100% liable for injuries u sustained. 50% if the accident is not your fault. No questions asked done.

Law Enforcement should not even care if you wear your seat belt unless you are a minor.

Insurance should not be required to pay for someone not using a basic / recommended piece of safety equipment.

Same with fatties and smokers... people know that being obese and smoking are extremely dangerous for you in long term health.

But that is another discussion

These crash bars are sweet! I'm interested too. Been debating on building my own. If
the cost is near same as what it would cost to build I would order these . These guys putting these down really need to take a look at really fast cars. They are built entirely out of carbon fiber. Every body part frame and crash system etc. So I do not see how the factory ones are better than these. These actually look more safe. I would probably go with a little bigger diameter tube though just in preference.

They really do look awesome and lightweight. They look pretty safe to me. I doubt they are less safe than the OEM ones. Bigger diameter tube would be even better.

For people interested I talked to Pete from JPSS and they still make the aluminum crash bars front and rear. Here’s the link. They are pretty pricey. I can’t imagine how much the titanium are. Lol

I'm in communication with Unobtanium Welding, which is the shop that made the titanium bars in the original post in this thread. I plan to purchase a set.

I encourage anyone who's interested to contact them directly (very responsive via the FB page).
