Garage

According to your posting times it only took 3 minutes to do the roof and put the OSB on. I spent most of a whole summer building a 24 by 30.

Lol. No I have been taking photos through the process and finaly sat down and posted a couple. The guys started the framing at 930am and left around 530PM. So thats how far they got in 1 day. I think they could have got further but 1 guy left early and they took their time. As long as I can get my car in there before snow shows up I will be happy lol

Let that pad sit through winter before you coat it its concrete its gonna crack so hopefully it stays in control joints but if it dont it will give you chance to coat over em instead of repair coating and if you want i have some coating its same stuff we used at work to do coating at new era field (where the bills play) in the 300 level of bleachers but you can have it its also same type of coating used in parking ramps

Sorry it’s been a while for an update. Starting to take shape. Still have some exterior stuff to do but the siding will have to wait till spring now. My car was hit the other day so it’s not going into storage until it comes back from body shop. Wife also just lost her job today so looks like the spending has hit the brakes. At least she gets paid for the next 25 weeks to sit at home.
