The little squares down on the bumper are so they can reach in and disconnect the horns That way when the door opens the alarm will not make a sound.
They tried stealing my car a couple months ago out front of my work at 2 in the afternoon. The pushed the fog lights in to get to the horns. Luckily someone walked out the door and startled them and they drove away.

this is how my car looked when I found it
 all the black at hood edge/fender is where they dusted for prints so sad  when I was watching Copart for a parts car I saw several in bay area stripped and few here in TX too knowing its theft rings doing this lower than a snakes belly I tell ya sorry thread starter lost 2 of them buy a $&%@ box honda and worry less I guess
