Caliper Question!!

I purchased some new Drilled and Slotted Rotors and Hawk Pads, and are wondering how difficult it is to remove the stock calipers and rotors as compared to my Corvette 1998 year model? On the Vettes it is very easy, just 2 bolts and off they come. The rotors just side right off. Just wanted to ask before I get in there and I run into a snag.
Thank you for any info given.

Its just as easy 2 bolts and it comes off but It was on tight as hell so get ready to use your breaker bar and to have some bloody knuckles.

What brand rotors did you buy?

Yup, it's an easy install. I just used my torque wrench and busted em loose. Be sure to use LocTite on them again! There's a good thread somewhere on doing this...Impact wrench works very well also (just not behind the calipers.)

Do yourself a favor and buy a breaker bar. You risk messing up the calibration of your torque wrench using it as a breaker bar.

Good advice - ordered a new torque wrench and a beater bar

Thanks,
Michael J.
