650ish rwhp with TVS, bolt ons, mild blower cam, and a little over 9psi. Been running that way for over 4 years and 30K miles (vette M6 LS3). The key is plenty of fuel and a good tune. It also helps if you're not a dumb mullet hell bent on tearing stuff up

I'm running 12 psi and a 100 shot on a bone stock L99 with headers. Should be 625 to 650 rwhp through the auto. It's all in the (Jannetty) tune to make it live. A good tuner will make that power feel like stock when not at WOT and make it live a long time.

9-10psi, stock l99 AGP twin turbo, 650-680rwhp, 14k miles no issues. Now added heads/cam and makes more power, probably 750rwhp or so, no issues. 91 octane, no meth.

Just a matter of time and all these bone stock engines will be busted up to bits.

Or maybe, just maybe they will last a long time and give lots of enjoyment to the guys that can make it work. If mine shoots craps tomorrow, I'm calling it good. It just might last quite a bit longer too

Attababy! That's it in a nutshell. If you live, paralyzed by the thought of your next potential failure.....not much of a life

Well said.....

I ran 600rwhp on the stock engine for 2 years and more 1/4 mile passes than I can count. I went with a forged short block and my original engine is still running fine in a drift car now.

After lowering the boost a little I am at 624rwhp and the motor has not missed a beat. A BIG key is tune of corse but do not over rev. the thing. I seen a few LS motors that would have lasted a long time but there tard owner took it to 6800 every shift. A stock bottom end will only last so long at them RPMs.
