now to make sure. i post this every where but umm from what i know there is no CAI just a short ram. or better yet call it a HAI cause it goes right behined the front light where no fresh air is coming in. but thats just me.

Do you count the Revolutionss hood ducting/intake combo as a cold air intake?

This is technically correct, though power can be gained from both.

I tend to disagree... I found that my intake temps when DOWN as i go down the 1320...

Kind of a big pictures but you can see that the IAT does DROP!

well that i can not say. umm if its what some one showed me then i wold say yes, cause its pulling in the air from outside which is cooler then the engine bay. but then i also heard it heats up in the hood.

that is the one where its a scoop on the hood and it goes up towards the windshield then back down into the intake right? or am i wrong.

i don't understand the pic to blurry. so which did you get. also i know that with stock air boxs they tend to have all these extras and hot air is traped in them which gets sucked into the throttle body. but i am wondering what would fresh air hp gain be against the intakes that they have now. and again thats just what i think. i could be wrong not saying i am right.

stoopid to say but with the camaro v6 you cant do sh..it ....you put an axel back ant it rattles at low rpm, you put headers and it bump the torque protection who gives you less power then you started with, so on... stock or not

Click on the bar at the top of the picture to see it full size and it will be nice and clear...

I've heard great things about the New Era OTR (over the radiator) CAI kit. Here's a little thread for you to read:

For mr desmo
Sorry to see you had so many problems with your cai , headers and axel back exhaust. From what I have read most people are having better luck with there performance mods.
I think I'm going to have try a couple of these things out for my self.
I should get myself an accelerometer and see if the times ( 0-60 for example) change with different add-ons and over the stock times.
