How does ordering one alleviate the local dealer markup? Ordering is an option I am considering but I am checking all possible other options as well.

If you go to a Good dealer they will order at MSRP. If they are a bad dealer they will mark it up even with an order. I sent 20+ emails out requesting GMS pricing and only one was willing to work with me. The others thought I was crazy but, looks like it's going to happen. Try giving John Dupre a call at Good Chev in Renton. They have one new CGM SS/RS in the showroom and they have 4 used ones too. All v6s. As I under stand it, if you are willing to wait they will sell at MSRP. If ya want the Grey SS/RS it will carry a mark up. Best of luck. Which ever you choose the car is worth it. I'm chompin at the bit right now.

I appreciate the info, I am not quite chomping at the bit YET......paying off my wife's '08 Tahoe next month and then I get my Camaro, so I guess if I have to order it and wait then I will suffer. Winter is coming anyway and she would be garaged for my TBSS as it is. :(

We don't advertise these prices online - which car are you interested in? The only one sold is the Yellow 2SS w/ Transformers Pkg.
