Wideband in fake cat?

About to install my wideband in the next couple days and got to thinking about where to weld the bung.

Do you guys see any problem in installing the wideband sensor on the cat delete pipe on LTs? I'm unsure about it because it's not a constant diameter pipe.. its one of those "fake cat" ones, probably around 4.5" or so in diameter. I'd like to have it on the cat delete pipe because I can take that off and weld the bung in a more comfortable position (novice welder).
