Don't get your hopes up I'm sure it has more in it than a 13.2 the math just wouldn't make sense if that's all it runs.

I just cant wait to hear some info on the 2011 camaro, there's no way chevy is going to let ford take the crown away. besides the z28 is not far away its just right around the corner.

Yep, Motortrend got a 12.8 out of it so it is obviously capable of faster than a 13.2. All I'm saying is Motortrend got a faster time out of the GT and C&D got a faster time out of the SS. This leads me to believe they are damn close and it would be a driver's race - not like the GT is the boogie man putting down elevens off the floor. Unfortunately, with the gearing, weight and claimed power of the new GT, it should be putting down quicker times than the SS

will with the 5.0 stang being around 200 pounds light and havin more hp then the ss it makes sense that it would win...
i hope 2011 brings somethin new to the table for the ss. the camaro alrdy has a sexy body but now it needs an even sexier engine.

I'm rooting for the Mustang's 2011 times. You can't have a muscle car war if one side decides not to play. The 2010 Camaro managed to bitch slap a decade's (+) worth of Mustangs on the road in an instant.

If it weren't for the Camaro, Ford would probably have been working on a 4 cyl. hybrid Mustang to be introduced in 2011 instead......and if it weren't for the 2011 Mustang, Chevy would likely be talking about how huge a price increase to slap on the V6 and SS.

A decades worth.

The 03/04 Cobra vs the 2010 SS is very much a drivers race. And then of course you have the GT500. I haven't seen to many stock SSs bitch slap them.
