Maybe set up a cannonball run type deal where we tour a stretch of at least a few states, just cruising around. It wouldn't be across the US as some of us can't take that much time off, but I'm definately down for a road trip. TBH I'd like to go about as far east as Las Vegas as I don't want to put THAT many miles on the car right off the bat.

Check the other threads, there are plenty of photoshops for you to browse through, including the color combo that you asked about.

something about the orange in all these new car pictures, whether it's a Ford, Chevy or Land Rover... what's the deal with this as the 'it' color?

Orange sparks a high energy emotion in most people. The message they're trying to send is, this car is new, it's sporty, it's aggressive, it moves very fast, and orange is pretty much a great color. Then again with the camaro, hugger orange is an original color of the first camaros anyways.

I don't know, I've noticed lot's of orange, too. Agreed with Mindz, I am (whoa...yoda moment

) that Hugger orange was an original Color, and I think they would've picked it anyways. But I'm sure this recent 'orange rush' influenced the desision, a bit

oh, and lots of people are using orange, probably because it is a 'statement' color, agressive, sporty, and sticks out like a sore thumb. +1 to whoever said that.
