Fortunately for me, the 12# was designed for a stock ls3. With my cam and exhaust, it'll probably net me 9psi.

I think I can work with that for a while.

ZL1 pump, bap, zl1 injectors for now.
It is ends up an 9 psi you will be fine on the fuel pump but out of injector.

Ted.

Ted.
My tuner likes the DW90#s, and says I should be able to use them on E85 at the same boost level, once I upgrade the pump(s).

The E-85 is a better safer more consistant choice but you need a pretty large fuel supply and injectors to support it.

I can help you with this I stock everything you need.

Ted.
Thanks Ted, I know you do. I frequent your website.

My self I made a restrictor plate. To keep the boost at 10ish. The car has way more power in the low and midrange then the boost lvls out at 5k+.

I used a 1/4” aluminum plate. Turned the OD down where it fit in front of the supercharger inlet. Then opened up the center until I was at 10#s.
Being that it’s one solid part no welds it will not come apart and impossible to fit inside the supercharger.
If you like I can take a picture of it and measurements after work.
Pretty cool. I'd like to see that if you can post a pic. Whats the advantage over changing the crank pulley to increase boost?

On the vortech kit the larger lower pulley really helps with belt traction and gives you more range with the top pulleys.
