I would think a single 76mm turbo with a 75mm turbine would switch on like nitrous on LS3 with a decent camshaft.

But for your budget range the base ECS or the new ESS kit would work for you just fine....

ESS is new to the Camaro market but is well known with the BMW crowd...

True ! My father had 1969 Camaro and he did a nice build that took couple years. After 14 yrs he sold that one, so it runs in the family tradition.
