The Spark is larger than the Smart 4two and the IQ... But it is smaller than a Sonic.

Dissapointed that they didn't bump up the HP on the 2017 Trax. All the reviews before said it needed more power.

Welcome to today's edition of "Pointless things GM does just because they can."

GM Powertrain is now GM Global Propulsion Systems.

The change would make sense if it used to be called 'GM Engines & Transmissions' because that doesn't really cover fuel cells or EVs. But 'GM Powertrain' was pretty much all encompassing for anything thats going to be put in a car.

Who knows, maybe the next ZR1 will be rocket powered & therefore need to use the even more general 'Propulsion System' label to adequately describe it.

Apparently the rationale was "Global Propulsion Systems" better conveys the division's expertise on not just internal combustion engines but alternative fuels as well.

Wonder how many PowerPoints and meetings it took to come to that conclusion.

Maybe they saw the sign painters sitting around with nothing to do.

Too funny.

Just goes to show how egos grow at the upper levels of management in large corporations.

Some exec just wanted to be able to point at all the new signs and say "I did that"...
