Enter car into car show
Im interested in putting my car into car shows. Ever since I began to turn my 2010 Camaro into a resident evil Umbrella Corp car, I get lots of compliments and people take selfies with my car or have me take pictures of them next to my car. I just need help on how I would go about entering local car shows. Im not looking for trophies I just want people to be able to enjoy my car like I do. Any ideas or help. Much appreciated. I'll be posting more pics as I take them hopefully in diffent cool locations.

Most car shows will advertise or distribute flyers of upcoming shows. Those announcements usually have a contact phone # or web site listed. Some shows are free to enter, others charge various fees. Some charity shows have larger fees because the money they raise goes to that particular charity. Those shows also charge admission for lookers/gawkers. I enjoy most car shows, unless they're 80% Model T's, but entering a car is a lot of work--if you do it right. They're essentially just big cleaning contests.

Check with local car clubs, watch for announcements in local/community newspapers/newsletters. Look for flyers at local parts stores. Google local car shows for your city/area.

There are people that go to shows and are extremely mad they did not win. There are people that go to shows and just enjoy hanging out with "car people", talking, seeing other cars, having a great time, making new friends. I suggest going and having a great time. Just to enjoy my car more, I don't really do many local shows, I like traveling to other towns and meeting new people, seeing new cars. Like others have said, look online, if you know anyone that currently goes to shows may point you in the right direction, check the newspaper. |

Been to many. Search the web in your area, clean the crap out of your ride, bring chairs, beverages, sunscreen, and enjoy. It isn't all about a trophy, as the competition is usually pretty tough, but a great way to talk cars and learn from others.
